- Share with us the desired type & use for the proposed building.
- We then discuss the style of building that most appeals to you and provides what you need.
- We then discuss size, local building requirements, color, and delivery.
- You provide us with your property address so that we can do a quick property check for local building requirements…This may take up to 24 hrs.
- After a preliminary determination that the building you desire can be built on your property, we work up a custom quote for you stating all that is included in the delivered price.
- Upon your approval, the quote is sent to our engineer and the plans are drawn and stamped for your state.
- The plans are returned to you to take to your local building department for approval.
NOTE: We Can Often Assist You With This Process. - After approval the building is ordered and fabricated. During this time the concrete work can be completed by you or your local contractor.
NOTE: We Can Often Help You Source a Contractor. - The building will arrive complete in 3-4 weeks.
- You the buyer or a hired local contractor completes the erection of the building.
NOTE: We Can Often Help You Source a Contractor. - We supply complete foundation, framing & structural plans and an easy assembly manual, as well as a step by step videos series.
- Our buildings bolt and screw together. NO WELDING REQUIRED.
